Carl V. Petronio Carl is the Senior Executive Vice President of Allied Builders, Inc., where he oversees business development and marketing. He is a graduate of SUNY Technical College at Delhi with a degree in Civil Technology. He is a principal owner/shareholder of Allied Builders, Inc. and the other real estate related companies of The Allied Group. In 1991, Carl was elected President of the New York State Building Chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America. He served on the G.B.C. board of directors as an officer for many years.
